With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Vinson Whittington (Colquitt, Georgia), born in Oglethorpe, Georgia, who passed away on May 20, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Rozelle Collins Whittington; and his sisters, Elizabeth Connell and Evelyn Dorminey. He is survived by : his children, Mike Whittington (Melissa) of Warwick, Gloria Causey (Carlton) of Doerun and Beth Godfrey (Steve) of Doerun; and his stepchildren, Eve Dunn (James) of Moultrie, Judy Beverly (Monty) of Warner Robins and Connie Bivins (Jack) of Moultrie. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and numerous friends.
