He is survived by: his parent Annette Woody Bell; his wife Nyla Parks Bell of Columbus, GA; his brother Nicholas Bell (Candy) of Asheville, NC; his brother-in-law Jason Parks (Patti); his niece Rio of Watkinsville, GA; his uncle Charles Branton of Durham, NC; his aunt Delight Branton of Durham, NC; and his friend Neal Van Hook (Elaine) of Pelzer, SC.
