She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael David Owen and Betty Jane Caudle Hart; her sister Donna Faye Owen; and her stepfather Frank Hart, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" MacPhail of Columbus, GA; her children, Mendy Bourgeois (Mark) of Columbus, GA, Mandy Winningham (Bill) of Midland, GA and William MacPhail (Kristan) of Columbus, GA; and her siblings, Amy Alexander (Clay) of Harris County, GA, David Owen (Rhonda) of Columbus, GA, Janiece Smith (Charlie) of Marietta, GA, Gordon MacPhail (Pam), Annelie Reaves of Columbus, GA and Kate Jacobs (Mike). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
