He was predeceased by: his parent James Foster Cromer, Sr.; and his wife Hellon Virginia Cromer (Sutton). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pellum Cromer; his daughters, Martha Bartenhagen (Stephen) of Iowa and Catherine Rickerl (Frank) of Iowa; his grandchildren, Clarence, Patrick, Virginia Bartenhagen, Cecilia Rickerl and James Rickerl; and his sister Mary Ann Cromer.
