It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Mack Highnote of Columbus, Georgia, born in Buena Vista, Georgia, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Felton Highnote and Ruth Jordan; his brothers, Henry and Herbert Highnote; and his wife Marie Huff Highnote.

He is survived by : his children, Carol Highnote Savory (Carl), Jan Highnote and Ronnie Highnote (Wendy) of Columbus, GA; his grandchild Kelly Sinquefield Marth (Will); and his great grandchildren, Charlie Marth, Mae Marth and Lochlan Muncy.
