She was predeceased by: her former husband Samuel Radford Collins; her siblings, Otis Ward, Rex Ward, Clayton Ward, Emmett Ward, Margaret Bartwell and Merry Ward; and her grandson Jason Manns Teel.

She is survived by: her daughter Virginia Teel; her son-in-law John Teel; her son Donnie Collins; her daughter-in-law Linda Collins; her grandchildren, John Allen Teel (Roberta) and Shannon Kring (Jeramiah); her great grandchildren, Raven Kring and Amanda Kring; and her stepchildren, Charlotte Gordy (James) and Mike Ray.
