She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vines and Doris Benton Kinny; her brother Charles Ray Vines; and also Billy Kinney. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Carnley (Michael), Billy Henderson and Benjamin Carter (Mallory); her brother Charles Milford "Sam" Vines, Jr. of Florida; her sisters-in-law, Sherolyn Sparkman and Freda Vines; and her grandchildren, Cross Henderson, Jessica Barrick, Alice Ruth Ann Barrick, Ethan Carnley, Jacob Carnley, Matthew Carnley, William Carnley, Anthony Hand, Taylor Hand, Benjamin Carter, Jr., Tinsley Carter and Levi Carter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and many caring friends.
