With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharkey R Price (Columbus, Georgia), who passed away on April 25, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Arthur Price, Harrison Price, Doyce Price, Lula Mae McNeely, Crawford Price, Troy Price, Carlton Price, Pringle Price, Jr. and Joey Price; and his son Norman Price.

He is survived by: his wife Johanna Eva Price; his children, Lilly Hanscomb (Dean), Richard Price, Raymond Price, Diana Thacker (Carroll), Kim Powell (Bill) and Kelley Reisinger; his grandchildren, Melissa Hanscomb, Ryan Powell, Sarah Thacker and Alexandria Powell; and his great grandchild Easton Powell.

In lieu of flowers, the Price family asks that contributions be made to Columbus Hospice, 7020 Moon Road Columbus, Georgia.
