She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewitt Fulk and Georgia Smith; her brothers, Lawrence Fulk (Larry) and Dana Falk; and her son David Garner (Little David).

She is survived by : her husband William Payton (Bill); her children, Doug Payton (Tammy), Christopher Garner (Lindsay), Chance Garner (Donna), Brooke Payton and Nick Simmons; her grandchildren, Drew, Jodi, Emily, Jamie, Rusty, Little Chance, Cody, Matthew and Shane (Bam Bam); and her niece Chelsea Falk.
