He is survived by: his parents, Patsy Barnett and Larry Barnett; his sister Karen; his brother-in-law Mike Aiello; his sister Kelly Barnett Butler; his grandmother Louise Lazenby; his aunts and uncles, Woody, Colleen Lazenby, Susan and Smitty Phelps; his cousins, Lisa, Kirk Moseley, Joanna Perry, Robyn, Paul Crisp, Michael and Amy Lazenby; and his nephews, Jacob (Dylan Butler), Kent (Kyle Moseley), Aidan (Grayson Legg), Michael Lazenby Jr. and Chelsey (Kaleb Crisp).
