He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Sr. Parker and Cloydene Briggs Parker; and his brothers, Bill and Beldon Parker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Hooper Parker; his daughter Brandy; his son-in-law Jason Kinsey of Newnan, GA; and his pet Dolly.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Green Meadow Memorial Gardens (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012).
