Phillips; his son William Jared; his daughter-in-law Andrea Stover McLean; his friend Eddie L. Farmer; his grandchildren, Kole, Victoria, Connor and Flint; his aunt Mary Collins; Donald Collins, Peggy Collins, Stephen J., Margaret Herdt Quaadman Collins, John C. and Suki Collins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew and cousins.
