Church and Gabrielle A. Mathis (Matthew); his grandchildren, Caleb Junior, Skylar Church, Melanie Mathis, Kaceyon Marshall and Angel Mathis; his brothers, Merrick Church, Sr. (Dawn) and Brandon L. Church, Sr.; his goddaughter Casenia Tucker (Cocoa); and his friend Leroy Hendrix, Jr.. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins.
