He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Garner and Grace Garner; his son Michael Garner; and his brother Sam Garner, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Garner; his daughter-in-law Jeff Garner (Brenda); Lena Scoggins, Dolores Hayes (Raymond) and Patricia Garner. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
