He is survived by: his wife Dianne Smallwood Silvey; his children, Janice Silvey of Indian Trail, NC and Jeff Silvey (Wendy) of Madison; his stepchildren, Kelly Dianne Harvey (Dan) of Covington and David Smallwood (Kristen) of Moscow; his grandchildren, Jordan Astles, Caleb Astles, Blake Silvey, Emma Silvey, Courtney Hayden, Jared Astles, Kara Astles, Savannah Perkins, Grace Smallwood and Stephen Smallwood; and his great grandchildren, Carter Jay and Charlee Quinton.
