She is survived by: her parent Myrtle Estelle Davis Hammonds; her husband Pollis Nipper; her grandson Seth Hammonds; her siblings, Ernest Tifton Hammonds, Dickie Hammonds, Brenda Gail Hammonds and Estelle H. French; her daughter Debbie Black of Lumberton, NC; her grandchildren, Heather Dial, Charles Allen Black, Joshua Black, Kayle Nicole Hammonds, Michael Scott Hammonds, Sel Hammonds, Chelsie Nipper Smith, Laura Lea Nipper, Corey Wayne Nipper and Tracy Gibney; and her nieces, Joy Hammonds and Cathy Briceno.
