He is survived by: his parent Henrietta Kinnett Bowen; his wife Virginia Hall Bowen of Cordele; his son Stan Bowen, Jr. of Cordele; and his grandchildren, Kristen Brock, Brent Brock, Hunter Brock (Emily), Nathan Palmer and Katie Palmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
