He is survived by: his father Thurman McGinnis, Jr. (Dody) of Cordele; his children, David Keith McGinnis, Jr. of Cordele and Abigail Kay McGinnis of Cordele; his mother Sandra McGinnis Arnett (Glynn McDaniel) of Cordele; his brothers, Michael McGinnis (Crystal) of Cordele, JT, Emilio Banda (Amber) of Cordele and Kevin McGinnis (Billi) of Dubuque, IA; and his grandmother Judy Miller of White Mills, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
