It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David McKinsey (Cordele, Georgia), born in Vienna, Georgia, who passed away on November 12, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Ella Jean McKinsey; and his siblings, Emma Lang, Mary Margh, Robert McKinsey and Alvin McKinsey.

He is survived by: his former wife Darlene York of Cordele; his children, Stephen McKinsey (Felicia) of Cordele, Geneva Turner of Cordele, Patricia McKinsey of Cordele, Julie Holman (William) of Cordele and Sam York (Erica) of Cordele; his grandchildren, Racheal Ryan (Sam), Ruben David Lamb (Katy), Rosa Lamb, Rosalyn Christine Fullington and Lisa Marie Fullington; his siblings, Isaac "Bug" McKinsey of Vienna, Ann Bagwell (Rayburn) of Cordele, Annie Jane "Duck" Jones (Billy) of Vienna, Suzie Calhoun (David) of Cordele, Penny McKinsey, Jennifer McKinsey of Vienna and Barbara Jo Hutchinson (Skeebo) of Vienna; and his child Rocky Point Drive of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
