She was predeceased by: her parent Samuel Herbert; and her siblings, Miron H. Allen, Henry Hoover Allen and Irene Fletcher. She is survived by: her parent Viola Smith Allen; her spouses, Karen Childree of Titusville, FL and Dan Spires of Cordele; her grandchildren, Jason Spires (Shelley) and Matthew Spires; her great grandchildren, Kaleb Spires, Sara Beth Spires and Kendall Spires; her sister-in-law Bonnie Allen of Lehigh Acres, FL.; and also, Edwin Childree of Titusville, FL and Sarian Spires of Cordele. She is also survived by her children, a daughter.
