He was predeceased by: his parents, William Daniel Henry Wiley and Ola Carroll Wiley; his son Larry Wiley; and his siblings, W. D. Wiley and Lillian Denby.

He is survived by: his wife Faustine Wiley of Cordele; his son Barry (Bonnie Wiley) of Cordele; his grandson Lee (Jessica Wiley); his great grandchildren, Henry Wiley and Jacob Wiley; his sister-in-law Sharon Timmons; and his friend Eddie Raines. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
