He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome, Sr. Harvey and Estelle Harvey (Sutton). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Smith Harvey of Cordele; his sons, Jerome Ernest Harvey, III (Jay) and Charles William Harvey (Bill) of Ashburn, GA.; his granddaughter Brittney Enfinger (William) of Atlanta, GA; his sisters, Carolyn Wilcox of Abbeville, GA and Evelyn Wilcox of Pitts, GA.; his nieces and nephews, Debbie Toole (Jim), Eddie Wilcox (Diane), Mark Wilcox (Lisa) and Dean Wilcox (Mystee); and his stepson Edd Cunningham (Dee). He is also survived by three step-grandchildren. And several special cousins and great-nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, donations may be made to Liberty Hill United Methodist Church, Abbeville United Methodist Church, the Methodist Children's Home, and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
