We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2020, at the age of 72, Joe McKinney of Cordele, Georgia, born in Pensacola, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee McKinney and Maurine Cartwright McKinney; his sister Euveta (Roger Grimble); and his grandson-in-law Chartedrick Respress. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Darling McKinney of Cordele; his children, Dawn M. Wilkerson (Mark) of Cordele, Jeffrey Joe Michael Walker of Corryton, TN and Megan Leigh Respress of Alto; his brother Rodney A. (Alice McKinney) of Pensacola, FL; his grandchildren, Justin Richardson (Marlana), Dakota Walker (Allison), Desarae Walker, Corey Walker, Gage Walker, Christian Wilkerson, Jordan Wilkerson, Andrew Wilkerson, John Irish and Nicole Irish; and his great grandchildren, Navaeh Respress, Donnaleigh, Jazmine, Eric, Teddy, Milli, Winter, Josiah, Willow, Breanna and Briley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
