It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Edwin Russ of Cordele, Georgia, born in Nicholls, Georgia, who passed away on June 15, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Seward Russ and Edith Priscilla Grayson Russ; his wife Betty Jean Kitchens Russ; and his brother Billy Sol Russ of Palatka, FL.. He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Ann (Buddy Brake), Angie (Jimmy Bray), Kathy (Mike Browning) and Kim (Wesley Brown); and his grandchildren, Tracy Brake Roberson of William Brake, III, Laura Brake Griffin, Ben Bray, Krissie Browning Bauer, Hollie Browning Hill, Russ Browning, Savannah Brown and Olivia Brown. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
