He is survived by: his daughter Angie Hayslip (Billy Joe) of Cordele; his sister Deborah Pate Buchanan of Cordele; his son-in-law Thomas Sullivan of Macon; his grandchildren, Chad Hayslip, Cheyenne Hayslip, Craig Porter, Brandilyn Porter, Danielle Gibson and Adam Gibson; his great grandchild Rand Coody; and his nieces and nephews, Tanya Reed (Bradford Rogers), Jennifer Clark (Bryan), Terry Pate (Laura Scofield), Tiffany Graham (Robert) and Tammy Espe.
