She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Ashley Wade and Pallie Mary Wade; and her sister Karen Tice. She is survived by: her daughter Montana Skye Wade of Warwick; and her brothers, Kenny Wade (Linda) of Ashburn and Keith Wade of Cordele. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
