She is survived by: her parent Nell Blanche Jackson Burkett; her husband Elan Fowler; her grandchildren, Madison Anslee Koehler, Colby Alexis Fowler, Mikaela Lea Fowler, MacKenzie Rae Fowler, Allison Fowler Saunders and Eian Lisle Fowler; her husband Fay Boie of Macon; her niece Lisa Bird of Atlanta; and also John Boie of Macon.
