She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Wilson and Ida Wilson; her husband William Lamar Benson Sr.; and her sister Mavis Stanaland. She is survived by: her children, Linda Henderson of Cordele and Lamar Benson (Jannie) of Albany; her sisters, Judy Yeoman of Florida and Elizabeth Blair of Florida; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Christina, Tyler, Bradley, Dustin and Kaitlin; and her pet Prissy. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
