We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2020, at the age of 71, Louis A. Owens (Cordele, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Owens and Lucy Latham Owens. He is survived by: his wife Celena L. Owens; his daughters, Jennifer Owens (Mitch Cox) of Cordele and Erica Owens (Jamie Guined) of Cordele; his sister Jimmie Lou (Henry Moore) of Cordele; and also, Cary and Bonnie Moore of Americus. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a nephew.
