With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Jean Getzlaff Duke (Cordele, Georgia), born in Bottineau, North Dakota, who passed away on December 1, 2019 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilyn Jean Getzlaff Duke to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter F. Getzlaff and Lillian Neubaur Getzlaff; her husband AC Duke (Cecil); and her siblings, Clarence Getzlaff, Darwin Getzlaff, Al Getzlaff, Darrel Getzlaff, Dorothy Getzlaff, Gloria Daly and Cora Giese.
She is survived by: her children, Cecil Duke (Nancy), Peanut and Bridget Adkins-Martin; her grandchildren, N. Adkins of Kansas and Dellard S. Adkins; and her great grandchildren, Tristyn L Layfield of Rochelle, GA and Skyler E. Adkins. She is also survived by three children, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
