She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie James and Belva Peggs James; her husband Ellsworth Eugene Neel; her daughter Janice Holcomb; and her brothers, William James and Raymond James.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Neel of Conway, SC, Pamela Miller of Cordele, Marcia Smith of Cordele and Joyce Layfield of Pitts; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Miller, Bryan Miller, Victoria Miller, Dakota Miller, Jason Phillips (Donna), Otho Holcomb (Brittany), Jessica Holcomb and Adam Holcomb (Lindsey). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Therefore the family asked that memorials be made to your local animal shelter in lieu of flowers.
