She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lee Hayes and Ada Carolyn Taylor Hayes; and her sister Barbara Conley. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Phelps Mayo (Bryant) of LaGrange and Julie Phelps Littleton of Moultrie Ga; her siblings, Lee "Buddy" Hayes (Linda) of Thomasville, Darrell Hayes (Suzie) of Franklin, Keith Hayes (Yvonne) of Moultrie, Jeanette Hannon (Miles), Janice Glausier (Jimmy) of Albany, Margaret Holden (Bob) of Whigham and Sheree Spriggle (Mark) of Franklin, Tenn.; her grandchildren, McKenzie Ray, Jace Littleton, Ben Mayo and Matthew Mayo; and also Millie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Millie's memory to The Children's Miracle Network, The Make a Wish Foundation, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
