He was predeceased by: his son Rodney Forehand; and his siblings, William Forehand, Jack Forehand, Roger Forehand, Billy Forehand, J. L. Forehand, Frances Satterfield, Margaret Marsh and Janice Carroll.
He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Forehand and Elma Stephens Forehand; his wife Nancy S. Forehand of Cordele; his children, Randy Forehand, Lamar Forehand and Annette Patrick (Keith) of Commerce; his grandchildren, Dustin Patrick (Ashley), Angie Patrick, April Shofner (Justin), Bryan Forehand and Randell Forehand (Shelby); and his great grandchildren, Tucker Patrick, Bryce Patrick, Patrick Pierson, Chase Pierson, Tori Lynn Shofner and Strider Forehand.
