She is survived by: her husband George Culpepper; her children, Angie Harris of Cordele and Roy Clinton Johnson, Jr.; her sisters, Ann Hayslip Buchanan, Gail Hayslip Tomberlin, Leona Hayslip Conn and Nell Hayslip Williams; and also, Gary and Diane Hayslip. She is also survived by her four grandsons.
