She is survived by: her significant other Tommy Kastis; her daughter Kayla Crumley (Mike) of Cordele; her sisters, Doris Crumley (Dwain) of Cordele, Ruth Hayslip of Cordele and Ann Nipper (Billy Nipper) of Alto, Georgia; her grandson Kasey Crumley of Cordele; and her stepson Tommy Akins.
