He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Corrine Shaw Walters and Guy Melton Walters; his wife Carol Warren Walters; and his siblings, Melton "Pete" Walters, James Walters, Faye Irvin and Helen Barefoot.
He is survived by: his children, Aimee W. Jordon (Mike) of Athens and Brad Walters (Shannon) of Cordele; his siblings, Charles Walters of Hawkinsville, Thomas Walters of Eastman and Annette Crager of Lakeland, Fla.; and his grandchildren, Bunnie C. Jordon, Brittany Wonderlic, Sydne Carter and Noah Walters.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic and governmental restrictions, the family will have a private graveside service.
