Carter of Vienna, Georgia; and his siblings' children, Latoya Quarterman of Cordele, Georgia, Sophia Williams of Cordele, Georgia, Edward Williams, Jr. of Cordele, Georgia, Shawn Williams of Cordele, Georgia and Cheterica Williams of Cordele, Georgia. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, great, great nieces and great, great nephews; a host of other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
