She is survived by: her parents, Sheila Nipper Woodard and Donald Ray Mills of Salem, AL; her stepfather Joel Woodard of Cordele; her siblings, Bailey Mills of Salem, AL, Geoff Mills (Kerri) of Leesburg, Stewart Mills (Paula) of Auburn, AL and Julie Mills of Ellerslie, GA; her grandmother Ruth A. Rea of Cordele; her aunt Tonya Hamilton (Don); her siblings' children, Maddie Propst, Emmi Propst, Geoffrey Mills, Jr. and John Austin Mills; and her children, Shane, Mandy Fricks of Albertville, AL and Marley.
A scholarship fund has been set up in Sarah' honor in lieu of flowers.
