He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ernest Fultz and Julius Fultz. He is survived by: his daughter Susie Little of Hawkinsville; the mother of his child Sookyie Fultz of Hawkinsville; his sisters, Faye Woodruff (Larry) of Atlanta and Merle Collins of Charlotte, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Paula Faye Owens of Cordele and Arlene Fultz of Dublin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his special fur baby.
