He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alton Moore and Zuma Lewis Moore. He is survived by: his children, Toby, Jr., Vicky Moore of Pinehurst, Sherry, Clay Reid of Rochelle, Keith and Amy Moore of Cordele. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
