He was predeceased by: his parents, Orean Tillman West, Sr. and Alice Isabel Walker West. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Bumpus of Bushnell, FL, Kimberly Olinger of Bushnell, FL and Alison West of Inverness, FL; and his siblings, John West of Georgia, Ted West of Ohio, Jean Krankowski of Ohio and Nancy Garner of Georgia. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
