She is survived by : her parents, Tony Headrick of Crandall and CeeCee Dowis Headrick of Crandall; her sisters, Kirsten Taylor Headrick, Stormi Renea Headrick and Summer Addison Headrick; her half-brother Michael Headrick of Dalton; her grandparents, Cotton Headrick of Crandall, Lawanna Dunagan Headrick of Chatsworth, Leon Wayne Dowis of Barnesville, GA and Barbara Ellen Chewning of Monroe, GA; her close friends, Shane Carroll, Wesley Robinson and Samuel Carroll; and her friends, Stacy, Buffy, Ada and Annie Mosteller of Chatsworth. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
