It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Moncrief of Crawfordville, Georgia, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Asbury East, Jr. and Roberta Lipscomb East. She is survived by : her children, Becky M. Cronic (Jeff) of Union Point, GA, Melanie M. Finney (James) of Crawfordville, GA, Laura Moncrief of Union Point, GA and Lane Moncrief (Leanne) of Greensboro, GA; her grandchildren, Amanda Messer (Brian), Heather Howell (Brett), David Finney (Leah), Elizabeth Moncrief, Rachel Standard (Jamie), Ali Bell (Shane) and Mason Cronic (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Millie Messer, Lani Messer, Livie Howell, Addie Howell, Carson Bell and Hattie Josephine Standard.
