He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Howard and Callie Ward Howard; his daughters, Rita Howard Dearing (Stephen) of Savannah and Georgia Timothy Howard (Donna) of Shellman Bluff, Georgia.; his sister Betty Polk of Crescent; his grandchildren, Marysa Howard, Jason Howard (Amanda), Stephanie Howard, Grace Anne Howard and Brady Howard; and his great grandchild Charlie Howard.
