She is survived by: her husband David Castleberry; her sons, Conor Edward Castleberry and Alexander Luis Castleberry; and her parents, Tania Montes and Luis Suao.
In lieu of flowers, Tania requested donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, a key organization that funds research for Pancreatic Cancer, one of the least-funded cancers.
