She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Samuel Reed and Thema Goode Reed; her husband John Simpson; and her daughter Donna. She is survived by : her children, Velda Simpson of Lakeland, Margie Simpson of Cusseta, GA, Sharon Orozco of Albuquerque, NM, Steven Simpson of Cusseta, GA and Patrick Simpson of Cusseta, GA. She is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the John B. Amos Cancer Center in Columbus, Georgia.
