He was predeceased by : his parents, Otis Culpepper and Helen Kemp Culpepper. He is survived by : his wife Jane Harris Culpepper of Cusseta, GA; his daughter Amanda Leigh Culpepper of Decatur, GA; and his sister Dianne Warren of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
