He is survived by: his wife Piper DeBarry Brazel of Cuthbert; his children, Nikki McCarter (Jeff) of Cuthbert and Gary Alan Brazel (Lisa) of Cuthbert; his siblings, Imogene Hart of Marietta, GA, Gail Rowell (Charlie) of Leesburg, Helen McMath (Andy) of Shellman, Carol Jepson (Larry) of Alpharetta, GA and David Brazel of Dawson; and his grandchildren, Avery Longshore and Noah Hardwick.
