He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Justice and Mae Justice; his siblings, Lester (Dot Justice), Herman (Jessie Justice), Joe (Tense Justice), Muriel (Arlee Bowen), Edith (George Wagener) and Edna Justice; his siblings' children, Robin Hill Peterson and Curtis Hill; and his brother-in-law Bill Sedgwick.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Justice; his sister Rochelle Sedgwick of Deltona, FL; his stepson Danny Atha (Sandy Bowles); his stepgrandsons, Patrick James Cook, Douglas Allen Atha and Daniel James Atha; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Cook, Ian James Cook and Shawn Matthew Cook; and his niece Susan Justice. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
