He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shackelford; his stepchildren, Stephanie Whitley, Monica Schunke and Joe Rice; and his grandchildren, Paula Peppers, Marie Fitzpatrick, Jamie Shackelford-Pelfrey and Teresa Shackelford. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and numerous other family and friends.
